SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
The personal safety of each employee of Engineered Construction Services, Inc. is and always will be of primary importance to our Company. Safety is an overriding responsibility that demands attention from all of us in the company. Management will provide the financial resources to support all mechanical and physical activities with the required training and the personal protection equipment for personal safety and health, in keeping with the highest standards.
Managers and Supervisors will support this policy and will be responsible for developing proper attitudes toward safety in themselves and in those they supervise, and for ensuring that all operations are performed with the utmost regard for the safety of all personnel involved, including themselves.
Employees are responsible for the genuine operation of all aspects of the safety program – including compliance with all rules and regulations and for continuously practicing safety while performing their duties. There is no job or objective so important that we will risk the safety and health of any employee to achieve it. It is the responsibility of all of us to create a safe working environment and ensure safe performance in that environment.
